We dig alphabet balls! We used to sell these porcelain spheres in our brick and mortar shop, when we owned gourmet food and home store. We're strictly online now, so we sell them here, and at lower prices than you'll find anywhere else.
SHIPPING:
We are in the US, but we ship internationally. To find your shipping charge, put the item in your cart, add your location, and you'll find your charge. We try to charge as close as possible to the actual shipping rate.
US orders are generally shipped Fedex Ground, because we get a discount rate for being a fab customer. Fedex does not ship to PO Boxes. If that is the only way you receive mail, let us know and we'll quote you actual shipping charges and invoice you the difference.
International orders are sent Postal Service Global Priority. It's expensive, but we have to protect ourselves. Lucky for you, your dollar is probably worth more than ours!
We try to ship everything on the next business day. Sometimes it takes an extra day, but we try!
PAYMENTS:
The Big Cartel system only uses Paypal for payments. You do not have to sign up to use it, and it costs you nothing. If you don't like the idea of Paypal, you can call our store and we'll take your payment over the phone with your Visa or Mastercard. If you prefer this method, please call us at 423-741-7006.
RETURNS:
We take great photos and give good details for our items, and we think you'll get what you're expecting. We package our items very thoroughly to reach your safely. But, if all else fails:
In cases of a defective or damaged item, please let us know within 7 days so we can remedy the situation quickly. We do inspect items before they go out, and we package carefully, but problems can possibly occur. Please keep product and packaging in case we need it shipped back, or in case Fedex/USPS needs to inspect the damages for insurance purposes. Thanks for your cooperation!
In case of buyers remorse, you can return the items as long as you notify us ahead of time. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
